The popularity of the Mediterranean diet began with a fairly simple equation: the people of Greece and southern Italy and not to eat a diet rich in fat, but had less heart disease than people in the U.S. The answer seems to trust in the Mediterranean, the monounsaturated fats like olive oil known to lie. Fit and healthy life in old age problems such as frequent illness, weight gain, memory loss and energy loss must be avoided. You can stay strong and healthy in body and mind through the combination of a nutritious diet with a health and fitness routine that gives you both a physical and mental training.
